Important Notice: These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Member", "you", "your") and jkc88 ("jkc88", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the jkc88 platform at jkc88.club. By registering an account, depositing funds, or using any part of the jkc88 platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in full. If you do not agree, you must not use the platform.
1.1 These Terms apply to all Members and visitors of the jkc88 platform. Use of any part of jkc88.club — including browsing the site without registration — constitutes acknowledgement that you have been notified of these Terms.

2.1 Age Requirement. You must be at least 21 years of age to register for and use a jkc88 account. 21+ jkc88 performs age verification during the account registration process and prior to processing the first withdrawal. Any Member found to be under 21 years of age will have their account immediately suspended and any funds held in the account will be handled in accordance with applicable regulatory requirements.
2.2 Jurisdiction. It is the sole responsibility of each Member to ensure that their use of jkc88 is lawful in their jurisdiction of residence. jkc88 does not warrant or represent that access to the platform is legal in every jurisdiction. By registering, you represent and warrant that online gaming is not prohibited under the laws applicable to you.
2.3 Single Account. Each individual is permitted to hold only one registered jkc88 account. Multiple accounts held by the same individual — whether under the same or different names — will be considered duplicate accounts and are subject to immediate termination, forfeiture of balances, and permanent ban from the platform.
2.4 Employees. Employees, contractors, directors, and agents of jkc88 and its affiliated companies, as well as their immediate family members, are not eligible to register or maintain an account on the platform.
3.1 To access real-money gaming on jkc88, you must complete the registration process by providing accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid email address.

3.4 You warrant that all information provided during registration and throughout the life of your account is truthful and accurate. Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information is grounds for immediate account termination and forfeiture of balances.
4.1 Deposits. jkc88 accepts deposits in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) via the following payment channels: FPX (Financial Process Exchange), DuitNow QR, DuitNow Transfer, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, and direct online banking transfers from Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, RHB, and other participating Malaysian financial institutions. The minimum deposit is RM 20. jkc88 does not charge a platform fee on deposits; however, your bank or payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.
4.2 Source of Funds. All deposits must be made from payment methods registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — payments originating from accounts held by another person — are strictly prohibited and will result in the return of funds and potential account suspension.
4.3 Withdrawals. Withdrawal requests are processed to verified Malaysian bank accounts only. The minimum withdrawal amount is RM 30. jkc88 targets a processing time of 30 minutes for verified accounts during normal operating hours, though processing times may be longer during high-volume periods or where additional verification is required. jkc88 reserves the right to request supplementary identity documentation before processing any withdrawal.
4.4 Withdrawal Eligibility. Funds deposited at jkc88 must be wagered at least once before a withdrawal request will be accepted. This requirement exists to prevent payment processing abuse and applies to all Members without exception.
5.1 jkc88 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to registered Members. All bonuses are subject to specific terms including minimum deposit requirements, eligible games, wagering requirements (turnover conditions), maximum withdrawal limits, and expiry periods. These specific terms are stated on each individual promotion page.
5.2 Bonuses are credited to your account in a separate bonus balance. Wagering requirements must be met in full before bonus funds can be converted to withdrawable cash balance. Attempting to withdraw bonus funds prior to meeting wagering requirements will result in the forfeiture of the bonus and any winnings derived from it.
5.3 jkc88 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotional offer at any time without prior notice. jkc88 also reserves the right to void bonus awards and associated winnings where a Member is found to have abused the bonus system, engaged in arbitrage betting, or otherwise exploited promotions in a manner inconsistent with good-faith participation.
5.4 Members may only claim each welcome or first-deposit bonus once. Attempting to claim the same promotional offer through multiple accounts constitutes abuse and will result in account termination.
6.1 All games available on the jkc88 platform are governed by the rules specific to each game, which are displayed within the game interface. Members are responsible for familiarising themselves with the applicable rules before placing bets.
6.2 In the event of a technical malfunction, connection interruption, or software error that affects the outcome of a game, jkc88 reserves the right to void the affected bet(s) and return the staked amount to the Member's account. jkc88 is not obligated to honour outcomes arising from malfunctions that deviate from expected game operation.
6.3 Bets once confirmed are final and cannot be cancelled or amended. jkc88 is not responsible for errors made by Members in bet placement, including incorrect stake amounts or selection of unintended outcomes.
6.4 jkc88 reserves the right to impose betting limits, including maximum bet amounts per round, maximum daily loss limits, and maximum winning payouts, on any game or Member account at its sole discretion.
7.1 The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the jkc88 platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and permanent ban:
8.1 All content on the jkc88 platform — including but not limited to the jkc88 brand name, logo, trade dress, website design, software, game content, text, images, and promotional materials — is the proprietary property of jkc88 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
8.2 Members are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the jkc88 platform for personal entertainment purposes only. This licence does not extend to any commercial use, redistribution, reproduction, or modification of any jkc88 content without prior written consent.
9.1 To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, jkc88's total liability to any Member in connection with their use of the platform shall not exceed the amount deposited by that Member in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
9.2 jkc88 shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, special, incidental, or punitive losses or damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, arising from or in connection with a Member's use of the platform, even if jkc88 has been advised of the possibility of such losses.
9.3 jkc88 does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. Access to the platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
10.1 jkc88 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any Member account at any time and without prior notice, at its sole discretion, where it reasonably suspects a breach of these Terms, fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other conduct that jkc88 deems harmful to the platform or its Members.
10.2 Upon suspension or termination, jkc88 will investigate the account in question. Where no breach is established, available funds (excluding bonus balances) will be returned to the Member via the original deposit method. Where a breach is confirmed, jkc88 reserves the right to forfeit all balances and restrict the Member from re-registering.
10.3 Members may close their own jkc88 account voluntarily at any time by contacting customer support. Before closing, any pending withdrawal requests will be processed and completed in the normal course.

14.2 In the event of any dispute between a Member and jkc88, the Member should first contact jkc88 customer support to seek an informal resolution. jkc88 will endeavour to respond to all formal dispute submissions within 10 business days.
14.3 If an informal resolution cannot be reached, disputes shall be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of a recognised international arbitration body. The language of arbitration shall be English.
